Libya owns 49% of National Housing Corporation shares worth US$ 21.1 Million. Libya injected money in the company part of which has been invested in developing the housing projects at Lubowa housing estate on Entebbe road, 12 kms from Kampala city center and Naalya housing estate.

The objective is to provide 8,000 housing units over the next five years.
