 Soluble Coffee Plant 
In 2007, Libya concluded an agreement with Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA) to partner in a joint venture to construct a US$ 11 million soluble coffee plant that would add value to Uganda Coffee and at the same time comply with European Union standards.
